How does parcel collection and delivery work?

Via MySkyNet, you enter the pickup address and delivery address, choose a shipping option, and select a preferred time slot. Our driver will personally pick up the package at the specified address—this can be at home, at the office, or at another location. All you have to do is have the package ready. We take care of the rest. Thanks to real-time Track & Trace, you can stay fully informed of the progress of the shipment.

How much does it cost to have a package picked up?

SkyNet works with transparent rates. For standard domestic shipments, we charge starting prices from €6.95, depending on size, weight, and distance.

By requesting a quote, you can quickly calculate the cost of your specific shipment, with no surprises afterwards.

When will the package be picked up?

Within the Netherlands, we usually collect parcels within one working day. Via MySkyNet, you can choose the time that suits you best. Express collection is available for urgent deliveries. Our driver will arrive within the chosen time slot, and the recipient will be automatically informed as soon as the parcel is on its way.

Tips for having a package picked up

Make sure the package is securely packed and ready at the agreed time. Provide all address details correctly and add any additional instructions where necessary (such as floor number, door code, or contact person). If possible, also include the recipient's phone number. For valuable contents, we offer the option of additional insurance.
