Also, the zip code must match the address information on the shipment. If it is a shipment from abroad, they may have only filled in the four digits.

It may happen that your package was delivered under an incorrect number. If so, please contact the shop or company you ordered from and include the order number and a photo of the shipping label in your correspondence.
Contact the webshop or company you ordered from and include the order number in correspondence. Only the company that placed the order with SkyNet can initiate a claim process.
