What do you need to know as a sender?

Shipping to Indonesia requires extra attention to customs and regulations. You should always include a commercial invoice or packing list, and completing a CN23 form or CN22 form is mandatory. SkyNet assists you in ensuring everything is correctly delivered. Keep in mind that Indonesia has strict import rules for items like food products, cosmetics, electronics, and printed materials. The delivery address must be provided in Latin script, preferably with the recipient's phone number. For valuable shipments, you can take out additional insurance. In some cases, import duties or VAT may be payable by the recipient, depending on the contents and value of the package.
