Shipping Tips

Keep in mind some important factors when shipping to China: always ensure a correct commercial invoice - even if you're sending a gift. Since China is outside the EU, customs documents like a CN22 or CN23 form and a commercial invoice are always required. Avoid prohibited goods, use sturdy packaging, and if possible, include an address in Chinese alongside the Latin script (for example, on an extra label). The Latin script is mandatory for international processing, while the Chinese address assists with local delivery.
